The first full day at SpaceCamp we will be having a one-track user driven unconference. People can submit talks and we will all have a chance to vote on the talks we want to see. Want to submit a talk and show off some cool stuff you are building? Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The second full day at SpaceCamp will be an open hacking session. We will have an area that you can submit the cool things you are working on (with your location) so others can come find you and help on your project. Don't have a project? Don't worry, there will be plenty of cool things to hack on.
If you must cancel for any reason you must notify us in writing by October 10, 2016. Please contact us via email at email@example.com. Cancellations submitted in writing before October 10th, 2016 will be tracked in order and once the event is sold out, your ticket will be offered to the waiting list - if someone buys your ticket, you will get a refund. Cancellations within 90 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your registration to another person by October 15, 2016 by providing authorization to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend or who cancel after the deadline are liable for the entire fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference, the liability of Fourbeansoup, LLC. is limited to the return of paid registration fees.
